- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce & Kale chopped
- 1 cup Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- ⅓ cup Pita Chips crushed for added crunch
- ½ cup Red Cabbage & Carrots shredded
- ¼ cup Greek Dressing store-bought or homemade
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil optional, for extra richness
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano for Mediterranean flavor
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- Cherry Tomatoes halved, for freshness

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and kale.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
