Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients

Step 5: Cooking the Broccoli
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and add broccoli florets.
Steam for 4-5 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to retain color.
Toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper before serving.
Step 6: Plating and Serving
Arrange crispy potatoes on one side of the plate.
Add steamed broccoli on the opposite side.
Place pan-seared salmon in the center and drizzle with lemon butter sauce.
