  • ¼ cup Sun-dried tomatoes Chopped
  • ½ cup Cooked turkey or ham Sliced thinly

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pita

  • Carefully cut each pita in half or create a pocket by opening one side.

Step 2: Stuff the Pita

  • Fill each pita pocket with cheese and any additional fillings (spinach, turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.).
  • Avoid overstuffing to ensure even melting and crisping.

Step 3: Heat the Pan

  • Place a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add butter or olive oil. Let it melt and coat the pan.

Step 4: Grill the Pita

  • Place the stuffed pita in the pan and press it down gently with a spatula.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

  • Remove from heat and let it rest for 1 minute before slicing.
  • Serve with tomato soup, a fresh salad, or dipping sauces!
