  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional, for extra color and depth
  • For Garnish & Serving:
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cajun Honey Butter
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, garlic, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and paprika.
  • Stir well until fully mixed.
  • Season the Salmon
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • Lightly season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Choose Your Cooking Method
  • 🔥 Pan-Searing Method:
  • Heat a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  • Place salmon skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  • Flip, reduce heat to medium, and brush with Cajun honey butter. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, letting the glaze caramelize.
  • 🔥 Oven-Baked Method:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush generously with Cajun honey butter and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Optional: Broil for 2 minutes at the end for a crispy, caramelized top.
  • 🔥 Grilling Method:
  • Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
  • Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Brush with Cajun honey butter in the last 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
