I’m Kathleen, a passionate food lover, self-taught cook, and former clinical research freelancer based in Vieux Lyon, France. My kitchen is where I experiment, create, and share the delicious flavors of the Mediterranean.
I grew up surrounded by fresh ingredients, home-cooked meals, and the joy of sharing food with family. After working in the fast-paced pharmaceutical industry, I realized that my real passion was in the kitchen, not the lab. So, I took a leap, moved to Lyon, and fully embraced the world of Mediterranean cooking—a cuisine that has always felt like home.
